For Monday’s class, please read pages 1-24 from the casebook (Adelman, Rader, Thomas, Patent Law, available at the bookstore). The last three pages is a patent--please read it carefully, but I do not expect you to be familiar with the details of the invention. For the questions following the cases, please think about them briefly, but there is no need to have answers prepared for class.
